For canonical JSON this needs emisor.rnc at minimum — that's the one field validated up front.
CerteCF — Set de Pruebas (Excel)
Cargue el Excel de pruebas de DGII y revise/edite cada fila a mano antes de enviarla —
una alternativa a la corrida automática de 4 fases en /admin-portal cuando
necesita control total sobre lo que realmente se transmite (p. ej. contra DGII REAL). Solo lee el
archivo — no envía nada ni escribe en la base de datos por sí solo.
